From ‘Aishah, Mother of the Believers, who said: The Messenger of Allah (SAW) was called to the funeral of a young boy of the Ansar, and I said: Oh Messenger of Allah, blessed is this one, a little bird among the little birds of Jannah; he did no evil nor did he reach the point of evil. He said: Or maybe otherwise, oh ‘Aishah – indeed Allah created some people for Jannah; He created them for it while they were in their fathers’ loins. And He created some people for hellfire; He created them for it while they were in their fathers’ loins.
