If a married man commits adultery, he must be stoned with stones or otherwise until he dies, with the face covered; he is not whipped beforehand nor is he placed in exile. The stones should be medium, like the size of a hand; it is not necessary to ravage the one being stoned with a large rock, nor prolong it with small pebbles.
