وعن الجابر بن عتبة أن رجلاً أبرك امرأته فدسرها دسرةً فألقاها على وجهها فشُدَّت بُنيَتُها فرجع ذلك إلى علي بن ابي طالب فقال مَطيّة يركبها كيف شاء ولم يجعل لذلك عليه شيئاً

Jabir ibn ‘Utba related that a certain man made his woman kneel down and then thrusted hard at her, making her fall down on her face and her body tense up. This was brought up to ‘Ali ibn Abi Talib, and he said: It’s just a mount that he can ride [yarkab] however he wants. And he did not require anything from the man.
