عن ابي عثمان النهدي أن إبن مسعود أبصر زطاً في بعض الطريق فقال ما هؤلاء قالوا هؤلاء الزط قال ما رأيت شبههم إلا الجن ليلة الجن وكانوا مستنفرين يتبع بعضهم بعضاً

Abu ‘Uthman Al-Nahdi related that Ibn Mas’ud saw some Zutt along the way. And he said: What are these? They said: These are Zutt. He said: I’ve never seen anything like them, except the Jinn on the night of the Jinn, and they were all banded together following each other.
