Expositors have differed regarding the two meanings of His word : { And for two men among you who do this, harm them both } ; some have said that these are two virgins who have not married, as opposed to the women in the verse before it. … Others have said that what is specified by { two men among you who do this } is, rather, two adulterating men. … Muhajid, regarding : { And for two men among you who do this, harm them both } , said: “two men who do it”, without using allusions.
