‘Aishah related that a certain old woman from the Ansar came to the Prophet of Allah (SAW), and said: Oh Messenger of Allah, ask of Allah that He bring me into Jannah. But the Prophet of Allah (SAW) said: Old people do not enter Jannah. And the Prophet of Allah (SAW) went to pray, then returned to ‘Aishah. And ‘Aishah said: The woman found your words distressing and hard. And the Prophet of Allah (SAW) said: It is what it is; indeed whenever Allah brings these women into Jannah, He turns them into virgins.
