Any man who deflowers a women with his finger, or a woman who deflowers another woman with her finger, or someone who inserts something in another person's rear, a discretionary punishment [ta'zir] may be given, since everything we have mentioned is wrongdoing and shameful, according to what the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: Indeed your blood, your wealth, your honor, and your skins [i.e. bodies] are sacred for you. And such as these have defiled a sacred skin, and engaged in shameful acts; and whoever engages in shameful acts must be disciplined, as the Messenger of Allah (SAW) ordered, and ta'zir is incumbent on anyone who does these or other shameful acts, based on what we will mention, Allah Most High willing, following this.
