Abu Hanifa said: There is no punishment on someone who marries his mother, the one who gave birth to him, or his daughter, or his sister, or his grandmother, or his paternal aunt, or his maternal aunt, or his brother's daughter, or his sister's daughter – aware that they are related to him, aware that they are prohibited to him – as well as intercourse with all of these.
