وفي وطء الصغير أيضاً وجهان احدهما ينشرها وهو قول ابي يوسف لأنه وطء لآدمية حية في القبل أشبه وطء الكبير والثاني لا ينشرها وهو قول ابي حنيفة لأنه ليس بسبب للبعضية أشبه وطء الميتة
المغني لإبن قدامة كتاب النكاح مسألة قال ووطء الحرام محرّم كما يحرم وطء الحلال والشُبهة
Regarding intercourse with little children [saghir], there are also two points of view. One of them is that it carries a prohibition, which is what Abu Yusuf said, because it is intercourse with a living human female in its front part, similar to intercourse with an adult. The second is that it does not carry a prohibition, which is what Abu Hanifa said, since it is not for the purpose of offspring, similar to intercourse with a dead woman.
