وإن قوّر بطيخةً أو عجيناً أو أديماً أو نخشاً في صنم فأولج فيه فعلى ما قدّمنا من التفصيل قلتُ وهو أسهل من إستمنائه بيده وقد قال أحمد فيمن به شهوة الجماع غالباً لا يملك نفسه ويخاف أن تنشقّ أنثياه أطعِم هذا لفظ ما حكاه عنه في المغني ثم قال أباح له الفطر ؛ لأنه يخاف على نفسه فهو كالمريض ومن يخاف على نفسه الهلاك لعطش ونحوه وأوجب الإطعام بدلاً من الصيام وهذا محمول على من لا يرجو إمكان القضاء فإن رجا ذلك فلا فدية عليه والواجب إنتظار القضاء وفعله إذا قدر عليه لقوله ﴿ فمن كان منكم مريضاً ﴾ قرآن
بدائع الفوائد لإبن قيّم
If a man makes a hole in a melon, or some dough, or a leather skin, or the worn-out part of the base of a statue, and penetrates into it, this is already related to the detailed description we have presented. I have said: This is more expedient than him masturbating with his hand. And Ahmad said regarding whoever has an overbearing desire such that he cannot dominate himself, and fears that his testicles might burst: “Feed it” [“At’im”], this being an expression related in the Mughni. Then he said: Breaking the fast is lawful for him, since he fears for himself, and is like a sick person, and whoever fears harm for himself due to thirst or similar issues, nourishment is necessitated rather than fasting, and this carries over to whoever has no hope for the opportunity of fulfillment, for if he hopes for this then there is no redemption and it is necessary to wait for fulfillment and act on it if he is in a position to do so, this in reference to His word: { And whoever among you is sick … } [Al-baqara 184].
