قال ابن بطال يجوز تزويج الصغيرة بالكبير إجماعاً ولو كانت في المهد لكن لا يمكَّن منها حتى تصلح للوطء

Ibn Battal said: It is permissible, by universal agreement, to marry off a little girl [saghira] to an older man [kabir], even if she is still in the cradle [mahd]; however nothing is to be done to her until she is suitable for intercourse.
