قال النبي ﷺ سبعة لا ينظر الله اليهم يوم القيامة ولا يزكيهم ويدخلهم النار مع الداخلين الناكح يده والفاعل والمفعول به والناكح حليلة جاره والمدمن الخمر والضارب والديه
وقد رخص بعض العلماء لمن إضطر إلى ذلك في سفر فلمس متاعه حتى سال منه ما كان يؤذيه فقال لا بأس به
وحكي عن أحد صاحبي ابي حنيفة ابي يوسف أو محمد لا بأس أن يأخذ المضطر حريرة فيمسحه بها حتى ينزل

The Prophet (SAW) said: There are seven that Allah does not regard on resurrection day, will not vindicate them, and will send them to hellfire with the other ones entering: someone who has relations [nikah] with his hand, someone who does it and the one who gets it done to him, someone who has relations with his neighbor’s wife, someone who is addicted to drink, and someone who strikes his parents.
One of the scholars gave license for this to someone feels compelled on a journey who touches his goods until what was harming him flows out; he said: There is nothing wrong with this.
And it was narrated from one of the companions of Abu Hanifa, Abu Yusuf or Muhammad: There is nothing wrong for someone, who feels compelled, to grab a piece of silk and rub on it until he discharges.
