Whoever has intercourse with an animal, or a dead woman, or a living woman in other than the vagina, or a servant girl of whom he owns a portion, or with his sister who he owns, or has intercourse with his wife during menstruation or in the rear, or masturbates with his hand, or if a woman comes to a woman, there is no obligatory legal punishment [hadd], but a discretionary punishment [ta'zir] may be prescribed.
