From ‘Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her), who said: My mother wanted to make me put on some weight for when I had to go in to see the Messenger of Allah (SAW), but I didn't take to anything she had in mind until she gave me cucumbers with fresh dates to eat, and I really put on weight from that.
