اعلم يرحمك الله أيها الوزير أن هذا الباب لتغليظ الذكر نافع للرجال والنساء لأن الذكر الصغير تكرهه المرأة عند الجماع كما تكره اللين الضعيف المسترخي وإن لذة المرأة في الذكر الكبير فمن كان ذكره صغيراً وأراد أن يعظمه ويقويه على الجماع فليدلكه بالماء الفاتر وهو الحار حتى يحمر ويجري فيه الدم ويسخن ويغلظ ثم يمسحه بعسل الزنجبيل المربى ويتقدم حينئذ للجماع فإن المرأة تتلذذ به لذة عظيمة
