{ You will not find people who believe in Allah and the last day to be affectionate towards anyone who opposes Allah and His Messenger. } Al-mujadilah 22

Al-Suddi said: This came down concerning Abdullah, the son of Abdullah ibn Ubayy; he went and sat with the Prophet (SAW), and the Prophet (SAW) drank some water, and Abdullah said to him: I swear by Allah oh Messenger of Allah, if I could only get what is left over from your drink, to give it to my father to drink so that perhaps Allah might cleanse his heart with it. So He gave him what was left over, and he brought it to his father. And Abdullah said to him: What is this? He said: It is what is left over from the Prophet’s (SAW) drink; I brought it to you to drink that perhaps Allah might cleanse your heart with it. But his father said to him: Why didn’t you just bring me your mother’s urine; indeed that is cleaner than this! And Abdullah became enraged and went to the Prophet (SAW) and said: Oh Messenger of Allah, will you not give me permission to kill my father? But the Prophet (SAW) said: Rather you should be nice to him and treat him well.
