It is affirmed in Sahih Muslim that wine [nabeedh] would be prepared for Him (SAW) at the beginning of the night, and He would drink it – whenever He arose – on its day, and on the following night, and the next day and night, and the day after that up until the afternoon. If anything remained, He would give it to the servants to drink, or order it to be poured out.
This nabeedh is water into which dates are added to sweeten it, and is included as part of food and drink, and is of great benefit in increasing strength and staying healthy; however He did not drink it after three days, out of fear that it might have become intoxicating.

Ibn Qayyim, Al-tibb Al-nabawi
