Jumai’ ibn ‘Umair said: I went in to see ‘Aishah with my mother and my aunt, and they asked her: What did the Messenger of Allah (SAW) do whenever any of you was menstruating? She said: He would bid us, if any of us was menstruating, to put on a loose robe, and then He would embrace her chest and her breasts.
