وكذلك أقول حكم من غمصه أو عيره برعاية الغنم أو الشهو أو النسيان أو السِحر أو ما أصابه من جرح أو هزيمة لبعض جيوشه أو أذى من عدوه أو شدة من زمنه أو بالميل إلى نسائه فحكم هذا كله لمن قصد به نقصه القتل
