{ Those who believe in Allah and in the last day do not seek your permission to stay back from waging jihad with their wealth and with themselves; and Allah knows the devout } Al-tawba 44

{ And Allah knows the devout } ; He is saying: And Allah is aware of those who fear Him and are devoted to Him in carrying out His obligations, and avoiding wrongdoings against Him, and in hastening to obey Him by attacking His enemy and waging jihad on them with their wealth and with themselves, as well as other things He has ordered and prohibited.
