{ You will find others who desire to rely on you and rely on their people; every time they are sent back into sedition, they are influenced in it; if they do not withdraw from you, and offer you peace, and hold back their hands, then take them, and kill them wherever you get to them; and these ones – We have given you manifest power over them } Al-nisaa 91

{ Every time they are sent back into sedition } : every time their people call them to fight the Muslims; { they are influenced in it } : they are disturbed into the most indecent and hideous disturbance, and in this they are the worst of all enemies. { Wherever you get to them } : wherever it is possible for you to get to them. { Manifest power } : Clear affirmation of the disclosure of their enmity, and the revealing of their condition of disbelief and betrayal, and their harm to the people of Islam, or obvious influence, for which we have given you permission to kill them.
