It is well-established from what He (SAW) did, that He would scheme against the enemy and change on them when setting out in the morning. Some people, and they are the majority, hold that what He did abrogates what He said, and that this indeed was in the beginning of Islam, before the call to Islam [da’wah] spread, on the basis that their da’wah in Islam was to emigrate. But some people give more weight to words than actions, and this is because actions apply to specific situations.
