Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) related that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) came in once during the year of the conquest [of Mecca] with a helmet on his head, and when he took it off, a man came and said: Indeed Ibn Khatal is clinging onto the curtains of the Ka’ba. And He said: Kill him.
