{ Say: Running away will be of no use to you if you run away from death or killing, and even if so, you will be granted only brief enjoyment } Al-ahzab 16

In this verse Allah Most High orders His Prophet to address them with rebuke, and let them know that running away will not save them from destiny, and to let them know that they will not be granted much enjoyment in those lands, but that their lives will be cut off within a trivial period of time.
