From Anas who said: Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him), after the passing of the Messenger of Allah (SAW), said to ‘Umar: Come and let us go to Umm Ayman and visit her like the Messenger of Allah (SAW) used to visit her. And when we got to her, she cried. And the two of them said to her: What is making you cry? What Allah has is better for the Messenger of Allah (SAW). She said: I am not crying because I do not know that what Allah has is better for his Messenger, but I am crying because the revelation from heaven has ceased. And this greatly moved the two of them to tears, and they began to cry with her.
