وفيها جواز تبييت الكفار ومغافضتهم في ديارهم إذا كانت قد بلغتهم الدعوة وقد كانت سرايا رسول الله ﷺ يبيّتون الكفار ويُغيرون عليهم باذنه بعد أن بلغتهم دعوته

In these is the permissibility to plot by night against the Disbelievers and to take them unexpectedly in their homes, provided the call [da’wah] has been made to them; the Messenger of Allah’s (SAW) troops would plot by night against the Disbelievers and make raids on them with his permission after his call had been made to them.
