{ Wage jihad with your wealth and with yourselves for the sake of Allah; this is better for you, if you only knew } [Al-tawba 41] ; He (may His remembrance be exalted) is saying to those of the Messenger of Allah’s (SAW) Companions who believe in Him and in His Messenger: Wage jihad, oh Believers, against the Disbelievers [Kuffar] with your wealth – spend it to strive in jihad against them for the religion of Allah, that which He has prescribed for you, until they yield to you and enter into it willingly or under compulsion, or they give you jizya out of their hands, being abased, if they are of the People of the Book, otherwise you kill them.
