قال إبن مسعود رضي الله عنه السعيد من وعظ بغيره فقال أبو الدرداء رضي الله عنه إذا ذكر الموتى فعد نفسك كأحدهم
مختصر منهاج القاصدين لإبن قدامة باب ما جاء في فضل ذكر الموت
Ibn Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Happy is he who admonishes otherwise. And Abu Al-Dardaa (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Whenever the dead are mentioned, count yourself as one of them.
