{ Indeed if the hypocrites, and those with sickness in their hearts, and those who spread lies in Medina, do not cease, surely We will incite you against them, then they will only be your neighbors there a little longer. They are cursed; wherever they can be reached, they will be taken and fiercely killed. The way of Allah for those who came before; and you will not find the way of Allah to be altered } Al-ahzab 60-62

That is to say, in that brief time that they are your neighbors, they are cursed, forced out of the domain of Allah and your domain; and if they leave they will not be able to break free from the disgrace, and they will not find refuge, but rather wherever they are, they will be sought out, taken, and killed.
