From ‘Aishah who said: None of their woman – that is, of Banu Quraiza – were killed, except one; indeed she was with me, talking and laughing on her back and on her stomach while the Messenger of Allah (SAW) was killing their men with swords. Then a caller called out her name: Where is so-and-so? She said: Me. I said: What is the deal with you? She said: I brought about something new [hadath]. Then the man took her away and her head was struck off; and I can't forget how amazing it was of her that she was laughing on her back and stomach, knowing that she would be killed.
