Anas related that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) had a slave girl with whom He would have intercourse, and ‘Aishah and Hafsa did not cease from Him until he forbade Himself to have her; but then Allah Mighty and Sublime sent down { Oh Prophet, why do you forbid what Allah has made permissible to you? } [Al-tahrim 1] until the end of the verse.
