‘Abd Al-Rahman ibn Abi Sa’id Al-Khudri related from his father that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: Bathing [ghusl] on Fridays is obligatory for everyone who has reached manhood (puberty), and using siwak, and using some perfume as he is able. (Bukair, one of the narrators, did not mention ‘Abd Al-Rahman.) And He said regarding perfume: Even if it is women’s perfume.
