‘Ikrama, the freed slave of Ibn ‘Abbas, related that Umm Salama said: I began to menstruate while I was lying with the Prophet (SAW). And the Prophet (SAW) bid her to adjust her garment, then He bid her to lie with him in the same bed while she was menstruating, with a garment of anemone flowers over her vagina.
