عن الحسن في قوله ﴿ والمحصنات من النساء إلا ما ملكت أيمانكم ﴾ قال إذا كان لها زوج فبيعها طلاقها
تفسير إبن كثير
{ And women who are married [are unlawful], except what your right hands have possessed } Al-nisaa 24
From Al-Hasan, regarding His word { And women who are married, except what your right hands have possessed } ; he said: If she has a husband, buying her gets her divorced.
