{ And do not give your property to fools, that by which Allah has sustained you, but rather provide for their livelihood with it and clothe them, and speak to them kindly } Al-nisaa 5

The word of the Most High { And do not give your property to fools [sufahaa], that by which Allah has sustained you } ; Al-Lihyani said: We were made aware that these are women and small youth, since they are ignorant as to the issue of expenditures. He said: It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas that he said: Women are the most foolish of fools [asfah al-sufahaa]. And regarding upbringing: { Do not give your property to fools } means women and children; women have been called fools due to their mental weakness, and because they are not good at managing their assets, as is the case for children while they have not yet reached maturity.
