وبلغ المهاجر بن ابي أمية أمير اليمن لابي بكر رضي الله عنه أن إمرأةً هناك في الردة غنّت بسبّ النبي ﷺ فقطع يدها ونزع ثنيّتها فبلغ أبا بكر رضي الله عنه ذلك فقال له لو لا ما فعلتَ لأمرتُك بقتلها لأن حد الأنبياء ليس يُشبه الحدود
الشفا للقاضي عياض اليحصبي القاسم الرابع في تصرف وجوه الأحكام فيمن تنقّصه أو سبّه عليه الصلاة والسلام فصل في الحجة في إيجاب قتل من سبه أو عانه ﷺ
Muhajir ibn Abi Umayya, the chief of Yemen, informed Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) that a certain woman there had apostatized and sang insulting songs about the Prophet (SAW), so he had cut off her hand and took out her front tooth. The news reached Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him), and he said to him: Were it not for what you have already done, I would have ordered you to kill her, for the punishment with respect to the prophets is unlike other punishments.
