Jabir ibn Abdullah and Salamah ibn Al-Akwa’ said: We were in a company of troops, and the Messenger of Allah (SAW) came to us and said: Indeed it has been permitted for you all to enjoy, so enjoy [istamti’u; i.e. have mut’a].
