Al-Kalbi said: The Jews reproached the Messenger of Allah (SAW), saying: We do not find any zeal in this man except for women and marital relations; if He were a prophet as He alleges, the matter of prophethood would keep him occupied over women. So Allah Most High sent down this verse.
