صحيح البخاري كتب النكاح

Ibn ‘Abbas said: Seven kinds of kinship relationships, and seven kinds of relationships established by marriage, are unlawful. Then he recited { Unlawful to you are your mothers … } Abdullah ibn Ja’far married ‘Ali’s daughter and ‘Ali’s mother; Ibn Sirin said there is nothing wrong with that, but Al-Hasan was averse to it at first and then said there is nothing wrong with it. And Al-Hasan ibn Al-Hasan ibn ‘Ali married two paternal cousins in one night; Jabir ibn Zaid was averse to that, wary of hostility, but there is no prohibition in it based on the word of the Most High { You are permitted all others besides these } [Al-nisaa 24]. And ‘Ikrama related from Ibn ‘Abbas: If a man fornicates with his wife’s sister, his wife does not become unlawful to him. It is related from Yahya Al-Kindi from Al-Sha’bi and Abu Ja’far regarding anyone who plays with a boy, if he puts it into him, then he must absolutely not marry the boy’s mother. But this Yahya is not known and no inquiry has been made into him. ‘Ikrama related from Ibn ‘Abbas that if a man adulterates with a woman, his wife does not become unlawful for him. And it was remembered from Abu Nasr that Ibn ‘Abbas had made this unlawful; but this Abu Nasr was not known to have heard hadith from Ibn ‘Abbas. And it is related from ‘Imran ibn Husain and Jabir ibn Zaid and Al-Hasan and some of the people from Iraq that this became unlawful. And Abu Huraira said: It does not become unlawful until he is stuck to the ground, that is, until he has sex. Ibn Al-Musayyib and ‘Urwa and Al-Zahri made it permissible. ‘Ali said: It does not become unlawful.
