If a man perforates [iftadd; i.e. deflowers] a woman with his hand and keeps her, there is no punishment and no indemnity, since he has debased his property with himself and consummated the bride price; but if he separates from her, then he is responsible for impunity, since he has debased her. Ibn Al-Qasim also said: This is like intercourse, by which the bride price is consummated; and with someone other than his own woman, he is to be punished.
