Ibn Juraij and Ibrahim ibn Muhammad reported from Salih, the freed slave of Al-Taw’ama, that he said: The Messenger of Allah (SAW) saw a group of people in the mosque, and He said: What is this? They said: Marital relations [nikah]. He said: This nikah is not fornication.
