قرآن ﴿ وإن خفتم ألا تقسطوا في فانكحوا ما طاب لكم من النساء مثنى وثلاث ورباع فإن خفتم ألا تعدلوا فواحدة أو ما ملكت ايمانكم ﴾ النساء ٣
واخرج إبن جرير عن الضحاك في قوله تعالى ﴿ فإن خفتم ألا تعدلوا ﴾ في المجامعة والحب
